Central Question:Why is slavery more voluntary in other countries than in the US?
Slavery in other countries are not voluntary, it's just that the people are getting tricked by traffickers. Most people that are put into slavery were promised a better life and good pays but ended up being enslaved by the trafficker. It not that people in other countries are voluntary, most of the time it's due to the poverty that families are in, forcing families to sell their child off to slavery earn a living. Most of those that got tricked didn't realized that they were enslaved until they are working about 6-7 months into the work. They ended up getting trapped in the place and not getting paid and no one knows really if they were enslaved or not. This makes slavery really just sound voluntary.
